Q. What do you love about bartending?
A. Having a group of regulars who genuinely care about me as much as I do for them. The amount of stories I have heard and learned keep me on my toes and has taught me so much.
Q. Favorite band/artist you’ve seen at Union Park Tavern?
A. Cy’s piano jams!
Q. What do you love about Downtown Kenosha?
The lake and all the unique art throughout downtown. From the actual sculptures to the beautiful art that our community created on the different boards this summer.
Q. Tell us your best bar joke?
A. So, a blonde walks into the bar and says, “Ow, I didn’t see that there.”
Q. Favorite meal at UPT?
A. Our broasted chicken w/ mashed potatoes.
Q. Best advice you’ve received behind the bar?
A. Don’t stress.
Q. What is your favorite beer?
A. Sam Smith Apple Cider

A. Watching people smile and laugh with their friends. And I absolutely love being able to watch live music while I’m working.

A. Cheap Sleaze and Donoma!
Q. What do you love about Downtown Kenosha?
A. My favorite part of downtown is being able to support so many local businesses. My friends keep downtown thriving, and I’m proud to be a part of that.
Q. What is your favorite cocktail to make?
A. Our signature Blueberry Mojito. It’s beautiful and refreshing!
Q. Tell us your best bar joke?
A. What do you call a guy who’s had too much to drink? A cab.
Q. Favorite meal at UPT?
A. The stuffed french toast with biscuits and gravy every Saturday and Sunday morning!

A. New Glarus Belgium Cherry

A. The spontaneity, the camaraderie and, last but not least, the cold hard cash

A. Siren of Sorrow killed it at our art show!

A. Ice cream and lighthouses

A. We grow sweet mint in our beer garden so I’m always tickled pink when someone asks for a blueberry mojito

A. Advice seems to only go one way across the bar when I’m working.
Q. What do you do for fun when you’re not working?
A. Fossil hunting, cloud identifying, drawing, painting, bike riding, gardening, storm
chasing and moon gazing

a. I love dark sours and typically anything from Drekker
